This NAMI signature education program is a ten session education course centered on the topic of recovery.  Peer-to-Peer is for any individual with serious mental illness who is interested in establishing and maintaining wellness.

This inspirational series is offered at no cost to participants!

Peer-to-Peer combines lecture, interactive exercises and structured group processes.  Diversity of experiences among course participants results in a lively dynamic.

    • Stigma & Discrimination
    • Relapse Prevention
    • Story Telling
    • Mental Illnesses including Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Schizoaffective Disorder, Major Depression, Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Addictions
    • Senses, Behavior, Thoughts, Feelings, Sleep, Language, Emotions
    • Medication
    • Spirituality, Coping Strategies, Relationships
    • Empowerment, Advocacy, Decisions, Advance Directives

Peer-to-Peer is designed to offer an opportunity for growth to any individual who experiences mental illness.
