It’s a simple presentation on mental health facts\, stigma\, and an overview of what we at NAMI Delaware do for the community. It’s a great way to get out into the community\, meet new people\, get public speaking experience\, and help a good cause! \nOur only requirement is that our volunteers are adults (18 years of age or older).
