DESCRIPTION:When someone has a mental health crisis\, sometimes there is no choice but to call 911 and receive a police response. What are the circumstances that require this? What can individuals and their families expect when something like this happens? What can the family/loved ones who are present do to help in this situation? Get the answers to these questions\, as well as more resources\, from this presentation given by representatives from Wilmington Police Department and NAMI Delaware! \nThis event is in-person at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Wilmington\, DE! DESCRIPTION:NAMI Delaware’s Spouse/Partner Family Support Group will meet very 3rd Monday of the month\, from 7:00pm-8:00pm. Adjustments will be made for national holidays. \nRegistration required in order to access Zoom link. Register now at: https://spousefsgonline.eventbrite.com  \nThis support group will be facilitated by trained NAMI Delaware volunteers with lived experience and structured as closely to the original model of NAMI Family Support Group as possible via Zoom. It is open to all participants who identify as a spouse/partner of an individual with a mental health condition and are over the age of 18. \nParticipants may participate by using a phone or web connection. If connecting online\, participants may show or hide their webcam. They may choose to mute their line and use headphones to listen only\, and they may choose to respond silently by typing into the chat feature if they prefer.
