DESCRIPTION:NAMI In Our Own Voice presentations change attitudes\, assumptions and ideas about people with mental health conditions. This free\, hour long presentation provides a personal perspective of mental health conditions\, as leaders with lived experience talk openly about what it’s like to have a mental health condition. \nParticipants will be able to ask questions as speakers dispel myths about mental illness with their personal stories.  \nThis is a virtual presentation and will be streamed through Zoom. We will ask that participants stay muted for the duration of the presentation and to put questions in the chat\, which will be addressed at the end.
