Delaware School Mental Health Heroes

NAMI Delaware congratulates the schools that have invited us into their communities to help educate on mental health awareness and suicide prevention during the 2018-2019 school year! By being proactive, we can help decrease the stigma that is a huge barrier against accessing mental health care for many. We are so appreciative of all the schools, districts, and family organizations that have reached out to us for presentations and trainings. As a result, we were able to serve more than 40 school organizations during the 2018-2019 school year.

If you would like us to come visit your school community for the upcoming 2019-2020 school year, send us a message through our contact page or email us at admin@namide.org!

The NAMI Crisis Guide is a great resource for individuals and families to use as a reference in preparing for a potential mental health related emergency or crisis.
