CEO/Executive Director
Marie Wenzel is a seasoned leader with a robust background in mental health and community services. As the Chief Executive Officer of NAMI Delaware, she brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, fundraising, program implementation, and evaluation to create impactful outcomes for the community she serves.
NAMI Delaware, part of the nation’s largest grassroots mental health service organization, has been dedicated to supporting Delawareans living with mental illness and their families for over 40 years. Under Marie’s leadership, the organization provides peer support, education, advocacy, and affordable housing, ensuring comprehensive care for those in need.
Marie holds a Master of Social Work from Temple University and is a licensed social worker. Her academic contributions include research on early intervention in psychiatry, and she has held significant leadership positions in various community organizations. Notably, she served on the Alumni Association Board for Temple University’s College of Public Health.
A passionate advocate for mental wellness, social justice, and equity in behavioral health, Marie leads NAMI Delaware with empathy, humility, and an unwavering commitment to community empowerment.

Gjaimeir Stanford is an accounting professional with a solid background in financial operations, nonprofit accounting, and technology-driven bookkeeping. As an Advanced QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor with experience in both public and private accounting, he brings a detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-focused approach to managing financial records, supporting audits, and improving day-to-day workflow efficiency.
He has a genuine passion for using his skills to support mission-driven organizations and strengthen the financial systems behind community impact. Throughout his career, Gjaimeir has worked with a wide range of businesses and leaders, helping them gain clear, accurate financial insight to guide thoughtful decision-making. He values collaboration, continuous learning, and creating a supportive work environment where everyone can succeed.
Outside of accounting, Gjaimeir enjoys mentorship, personal development, and finding meaningful ways to uplift the people around him. He is excited to bring his experience, integrity, and heart for service to NAMI Delaware’s mission and to contribute to expanding access to essential mental health resources.

Elizabeth holds a Master of Accounting from Neumann University. She is a former IRS auditor who brings a unique perspective to the nonprofit’s accounting functions. She is dedicated to assisting in improving the day-to-day operations of the organization. She brings a focused and driven approach to all things accounting.
Elizabeth strongly believes in NAMI’s work. She is driven to help support the mission and values of NAMI, so it can continue to help Delawareans living with a mental illness diagnosis. She brings a variety of experience from years of prior work to support NAMI’s financial operations. She is a team player who strongly believes that the key to success is to work cooperatively with everyone and leave no one behind.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys a variety of things. She is a crafter who loves to make items from the heart. Additionally, she is a baker who likes to experiment with different flavors and ways to make various treats.
Elizabeth is excited about adding her experience to the team. She is driven to support the mission and helps to provide the necessary services for a needed support system. She wants to be able to help reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness and ensure that everyone has access to support services.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in property management, I’ve served communities and supported residents through every stage of the housing process. My career began in New York City—one of the nation’s most complex housing markets—where I’ve navigated everything from affordable housing and LIHTC properties to HDFC co-ops, condos, and luxury rentals. I’ve handled everything from legal compliance and maintenance to major capital construction projects, giving me a broad scope on all things property management. I’ve also completed training in building operations with a focus on energy efficiency. I pride myself on having a hand in it all, but I also know when and how to facilitate a team to get the job done right. What started as a chance opportunity has become a genuine passion for creating welcoming, stable homes for others.
Driven by kindness, discipline, and faith, I approach each challenge—whether it’s coordinating complex projects or helping someone find a place to call home—with care and determination. I believe property management is about more than buildings; it’s about building trust and making a difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work, I’m a devoted mom of four, three of whom have special needs. This personal experience has fueled my passion for the mental health community—I know firsthand the importance of compassion, advocacy, and giving a voice to those with sensitive needs. I bring this same empathy and determination to my work, always striving to go the extra mile for my community.
Now that I’m joining NAMI, I’m excited to see what we can accomplish together as a team.

LaRonda Brooks-Agnew is a seasoned Community Manager with over 25 years of experience in property management. Specializing in communication and rent collections, she brings a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of resident relations. LaRonda has received her Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS)certificate in housing. She is passionate about helping others and committed to creating supportive, well-managed communities where residents feel valued and heard.

Al, originally from Philly, brings a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for helping others to his role as a Property Manager. With years of hands-on experience, Al takes pride in ensuring that every project is completed with care and attention to detail.
A lifelong sports fan (and proud Dallas Cowboys supporter), Al believes in teamwork, dedication, and going the extra mile, values that carry over into his professional work. What he enjoys most about his role is seeing the positive impact his efforts have on the people he serves, often reflected in a simple smile or word of appreciation.

Jennifer Graham
Jennifer Graham has over 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, focusing on vulnerable populations and improving lives through services and education. She has worked in areas including Women’s Rights, LGBTQ+ advocacy, Civil Rights, International Aid, senior care, hospice, and homelessness. Currently, she serves as the Director of Development and Communications for NAMI Delaware and as the President of the Cecil County Board of Elections in Maryland.
Jennifer’s passion for service began at age 8 in her hometown of Philadelphia, where she first volunteered and learned about philanthropy. She remains committed to finding solutions for those in need.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has received numerous awards and founded several social activist groups. A passionate speaker and advocate, she is known for always speaking her truth: “Each person deserves to be seen as human, with empathy and compassion. No one should feel invisible.”
Jennifer earned her degree from the Philadelphia Restaurant School at Walnut Hill and is skilled in fundraising, event planning, communications, and nonprofit management. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities like SUPing, kayaking, camping, hiking, as well as dancing and painting.

Mariann Kenville-Moore is a licensed social worker with decades of experience across public and nonprofit sectors. Originally from South Jersey, she made Delaware her home after graduating from the University of Delaware with a BA in sociology. She later earned a Master of Social Work from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.
Her leadership roles with the Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence, the Department of Justice, and the Division of Family Services strengthened her expertise in crisis response and intervention, as well as her ability to shape laws, policies, and programs to advance equity and social justice.
Mariann strives to meet individuals where they are, working collaboratively to identify needs, navigate challenges, and promote well-being. Her focus on family violence has provided deep insight into the lasting impact of trauma and the importance of trauma-informed care. Her work with individuals living with mental illness motivates her to dismantle stigma and build a Delaware where recovery is supported, and connection is valued.
Mariann is committed to fostering change that leads to healthier communities across Delaware. She lives in Wilmington with her husband, Tom, and their sons.

Wesley Ingram
Wesley Ingram (he/him/his) is the Programs Manager for NAMI Delaware. Starting as an intern, he has been with the organization since graduating from the University of Delaware in 2018. One of his main roles has been coordinating the Delaware Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) and Veterans Response Team (VRT) initiatives to train law enforcement to recognize and respond to individuals having a mental health crisis.
His personal passion is researching and educating on the intersection of LGBTQ+ communities and mental health as a peer in both. Outside of work, Wesley is an amateur trivia enthusiast who plays weekly bar trivia and an avid reader.

Southern Delaware Program Coordinator
Tracy brings a strong track record of program development success and leadership in public health to her role as NAMI DE’s Southern Delaware Program Coordinator. For over 15 years, Tracy has worked with NAMI in governance, program development, teaching, and legislative affairs. Her project development expertise includes implementing multi-year, large-scale projects in over 20 countries. For over a decade, Tracy spearheaded strategic alliances and partnership development for the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and served as Project Director of the Physician Clinical Support System, a nationwide mentoring network for physicians treating prescription drug abuse. Her background also includes extensive training and technical assistance work with institutions such as the European Union (EU), the National Democratic Institute (NDI), the World Bank, and European-based think tanks and universities. Tracy holds a BA Honors degree from King’s College, the University of London, and a Master of Science degree from the University of Adelaide, Australia, and Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU).

Jacqueline has been serving the Sussex and Kent community since June of 2020 as NAMI’s Multicultural Engagement Coordinator. For over eight years she has been an advocate for Latinos in the community and relishes building relationships with the families she serves. Jacqueline mostly loves the opportunity to learn from the community while at the same time bringing light to the conversation of mental health. Jacqueline is fluent in English and Spanish and offers programs, outreach and training in both languages.

Jim has volunteered for NAMI organizations off and on for 13 years. His family has been involved for 20 years. As a volunteer, he has contributed in many areas, including NAMI In Our Own Voice, NAMI Peer to Peer and NAMI Connections support group leader. He has shared at police CIT training and was featured in a newspaper article. Jim finds this work very satisfying and thinks it helps people better understand mental health. In his spare time, he enjoys working for his father-in-law in the pest control industry, caring for his son, playing the trumpet and exercising. He enjoys meeting new people and is grateful for the opportunity to be part of the NAMI Delaware team.
